The chef Andrea Papa employs valuable raw materials from the sea and from the fields cultivated near the Resort to realize his specialties as Gnocchi of purple potatoes IGP from Alto Viterbese with pesto from Eolie and raw lime shrimps or Grilled squids with peas and burrata cream.
